Completely Useless

I hav never zero rated any products I purchase online, this is a first.
These Epson cartridges simply don't work in my printer - XP225, despite following various procedures to get the printer to recognise these would not install. I've owned this printer for at least 10 years and I know a bad non-OEM cartridge when I see them. These went straight in the bin and I ordered from another non-OEM supplier. The supplier ignored my request for a refund and I was never offered a refund - which does leave a bad taste.
