Thank you. Ink arrived promptly. I have only needed to use a cyan cartridge so far. It took a while to convince my HP printer to accept it, but after turning it off and on, it eventually saw sense. It seems to be working fine. The price was very reasonable and I would not hesitate to order from The Ink factory again.
