Cheap and flimsy

The retaining clip on the side of epsom compatible ink cartridges is very weak,and received mine with one broken off by the heat shrink packaging.
After several emails to customer services I have had no response,so have sent a direct message through PayPal to try and get a replacement ot better still a refund.
Should have bought genuine cartridges as they are much more well made.
