Ink cartridges review

I installed the compatible ink cartridge to my Epson printer. The printer did identify they were not the authentic Epson toner cartridges but allowed me to proceed. The cartridge seemed work satisfactory.

I purchased a set of printer cartridges (BOGOF) but unfortunately one of the black printer cartridges does not work. I have sent 2 messages via their website and tried calling them on numerous occasions to get some help on the issue but no one has got back to me. Very disappointing customer service and will reconsider using this company for my printer cartridges in future.
